HEADSHOTS AND PORTFOLIO PHOTOS AT ALL THESE LOCATIONS All Digital

Reason for cost of Digital Themes is we do several photo shoots to create that one look,

Some times as many as 2 up to 12 different shoots to create each photo.

Please read entire page before booking so there are no surprises for you

All shoots included Hair and Make-Up   Additional Looks are $160. 

Digital Themed Photos: Please note I do not give proofs when you book these type of shoots you are paying for me to create a themed for you.

 I decide which photos to use and the final product.

If you appear in photo more than once its an addition $25 for each time you appear

(Are Per Picture and are in addition to the enlargement price):

1 Week - $100

2 - 3 Weeks - $75

4-5 Weeks - $50 

All orders are completed in the order in which I receive order payments

REMINDER: You must order your photos within 30 days of your photo shoot date. 

(Example: if your shoot was on July 14, 2007 you must order your photos no later than August 14, 2007)

There will be $25 additional per month added to orders, To save make pre-arrangements with OPP to cancel out these fees !

Location Shoot Payment Rules

Balance for shoot due 1 week before scheduled Shoot!   NO EXCEPTIONS 

Payments taken by Paypal , Credit Card or Postal Money Order Only (If you send e-check and it does not clear, we will not shoot you and you lose your deposit)

Please do not ask us to extend you credit and shoot more looks and tell us you will pay us when you return home the answer before you even ask is NO! (this has not worked out in the past)

Sad to say but a few bad apples out there ruined it for the rest of you, this is a business and we require to be paid upfront for all services, due to travel cost.

In most case we are traveling 8 to 22 hours by car. 

We can not just eat the cost of you not showing up.

Deposit is $200 This is to hold a specific date, time and location and is non-transferable.

You may make payments to pay off your shoot

(many people do) but all balances must be made 1 week before your scheduled shoot.

Note: Deposits are non-refundable nor are they transferable.

What ever moneys we collect either deposits or shoots paid in full, these funds are also considered not refundable.

Shoot deposits are for shoots only. You may not transfer to print fees.

We are in a different boat then photographers going out to shoot headshots, If someone does not show up we can not refill the spot on the fly.

Our Portfolio shoots take planning not only by us but by our clients also.

We work out all shoot details before hand, outfits from head to toe and props. In many cases we doing other shoots before hand and half of the digital work before we even leave for the shoot to create your winning portfolio photos.

If you book 4 - 5 looks we block off  4 to 6 hours to shoot just for you, if you do not show up we can NOT fill the space..

Example: We were just at a location shoot and a person had booked to shoot 6 looks, they did not show up or cancel. I had to call them only to be told they we not coming. We blocked out our Entire Prime Friday Shooting Time just for for them. We came to this location basically just for them because of the about of looks they were shooting. I brought props and even did most of the digital looks for their shoot.

When sending your deposit please include your child's name, the location of the photo shoot, 

as well as the date and time of your desired appointment.

*Note, changing a background in a portfolio photos makes it a digital art photo

To confirm a Photo Shoot you must have a $200 deposit.  

Deposits are mandatory as we work on a first come first serve basis. Deposits are non refundable. 

The only time a deposit is refundable is if  Studio 3305 has to cancel the shoot. 

Deposits are to book a shoot for a specific date and time. 

These are non-transferable! NO EXCEPTIONS!  If you cancel or do not show up you lose you deposit. 

Also if you show up more than 30 minutes late you will be charge additional $50

If you Show up more than 1 Hour late you lose one of your looks.

More than 1 1/2 do not bother you have lost your spot and deposit.

PROOFS - Contact Sheets and CD's

You will be supplied a private link online to view your proofs. You can copy and paste proofs to your computer.

However note these proofs will be removed from links 2 weeks from the date uploaded. If you want a hard copy Proof they are $35 plus $6.00 shipping
