Things to help you prepare for
your photo shoot:
Please have your Hair rolled in advance. Please come to the shoot
with the hair rolled tight and under. Do not clip the Front of the
hair. We prefer hot rollers and would like the hair to be sprayed
with Redken Hot-Sets while being rolled. If you will be using a fall or wiglet,
the same info applies. If using a fall, please be sure to roll the
front and side portions of your child's hair.
Please come with a clean face no Make-Up Applied. Apply some
moisturizer to cover any dry areas.
Please eat before your photo shoot, especially children. This way,
they are not irritable during the shoot. If you want to bring a
drink, that is fine. Just make sure you bring a straw not to mess
up your lipstick.
Do not force your child to smile! We are patient and will get the
desired look. Not every child needs to smile to look beautiful.
Only the person being photographed and the photographer should be
in the room while the shoot is going on. The person tends to get
side tracked and tends to look at other people in the room when
this happens. It is so important that the person concentrates on
the camera. However, there are some instances where I will ask you
to help, if the situation calls for it! Thank you!
Please bring with you three yards of any
material that matches the outfits that you will be wearing. This
helps in creating a custom background just for you. Although we
have our own backgrounds we strongly suggest you bringing material
that matches the outfit you will be wearing at the shoot. This
will help keep your photos as unique as possible. While some
prints are suitable, please try to avoid overly "busy"
prints.
Try to be on time each person is schedule within a certain
time frame and we plan on sticking to it as closely as possible if
your going to be late you need to call us and let us know so we
can make arrangements.

REMINDER:
You must order your photos within
60 days of your photo shoot date.
After
this date photo are no longer retained
(Example:
if your shoot was on July 14, 2004 you must order your photos no
later than October 14, 2004)
US COPYRIGHT LAWS:
U.S. Copyright Laws state that the images of a professional
photographer are considered to be "original works of art".
Those images are considered to be "Copyright Protected" and
you must get permission from the photographer to copy or publish. In
other words, you purchased a copy of the "original work of
art" (image), but you do not own the right to reproduce the image

You commission the studio to create the photographs ordered and you
agree to pay for such services in accordance with the terms of
purchase. Our studio reserves the right to use negatives and/or
reproductions for display, publication, promotional or other purposes
with out compensation to you. Negative, proofs and previews are for
selection purposes only and remain property of our the studio.
(unless we give you negatives, which are yours to use as you see fit)
However we still own the right to use the photo's as we see fit. When
we give you Proofs on CD or DVD this does not give you the right to
use these photos as you see fit. They are for Preview and Selection
